  1. Where We Ship From

All orders are dispatched from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Each item is handmade or handpicked by local artisans and carefully packed before shipment.

  1. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. Every country that accepts international post from Ethiopia is eligible for delivery.

  1. Shipping Timeframes

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks from the date of dispatch for your order to arrive. Delivery times may vary depending on your country’s customs processing and local postal service. International shipping from Ethiopia can occasionally take longer during public holidays or peak seasons.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with any available tracking information.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and the weight of your order.

  1. Returns & Refunds

Because each item is handmade, hand-selected, and shipped from Ethiopia, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Contact Via Email [with order number] refund@ethiosouvenir.com with a clear photograph of the damage or the incorrect item received, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

We take great care in packing every order to minimise the risk of damage in transit. In the rare event that something goes wrong, we are committed to making it right.
  1. Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 6 weeks of dispatch, please contact us. We will work with you to investigate the shipment and, where possible, arrange a replacement or refund.
